Need a secure doc download for customers

I have a business and would like to have a way for my customers to be able to login to my site and download documents for themselves.

For example, each customer would have their own set of documents, so when "Bob" logs in he'd have access to his his files only.

Is there a module to do this, wasn't sure what to search on for this. The ones I did find didn't appear to be per user.
