Need parent level on drop down nav as " place holder"

I am building a site at:http://www.gbaproductions.com/Keowee-Key/...
The child pages of drop down menus work great. However, my client seems to be confused by this. To clear this up I need the parent listing on the navigation bar to be a place holder and have all the active pages on the drop down menus. What do I need to do to make this work?
