Need to beable to insert images from a directory.

I am building a site that needs to be able to have a section of the files be auto populated from a directroy (and subdirectories) that will constantly change on the server. So when creating a piece of content, I'd like to beable to click the image insert button and pick from a list of files within the previously mentioned directory tree.
