Need to create a student survey with ID logons

I'm a webmaster for a Middle School and need to create a student survey where the students have to login with their school ID number. So teachers can see who has taken the survey. Also have the survey available only during school daytime hours. Is any of this possible in C5.

yes its possible, may require a bit of coding, mostly just the seeing who took the survey,

for the user id's you will probbably have to use a csv file and one of the addons in the Marketplace
