new installed theme greek yogurt content block opens up blank

I just started a new site using yogurt green theme.
Content block opens up blank and is not editable.
I have seen other similar post but yet to have a fix.

Just tried to add another block.
It seems like I have a bunch of blocks that open blank with this theme.
Only one of every 5 blocks I try to add are working.

Anyone recommend a good theme to try to get my feet wet?
