New users consistently logged out...

Hi, this is a new issue for me in many ways.
I'm hosting a site in the US for a particular client, rather than here in NZ.
I chose Bluehost, as there were a few recommendations for them, although I've since seen a few bad reviews of them.
Issue at the moment is new users (Administrators) keep getting logged out. You can log in but as soon as you try to do something, edit a page even navigate to a new page you get logged out of Concrete completely.
I've never experienced this before.
The super admin log in DOESNT do this and we are on advanced permissions.
I would really appreciate some advice from someone in the States as I suspect it is a Bluehost issue as I've never had a problem with this on any host in NZ.
They do use a weird thing with domain names, primary domain names etc and all new sites are installed in a primary domain name.
Not sure if this is it just clutching at straws really.
Anybody?

have you tried the remember me? maybe your clear cache is behaving unexpectedly and deleting your session?
Hi,
Thanks for replying and I have managed to sort this. It was an ht.access issue.
I ended up with a pile of junk in there. I turned off Pretty Urls and turned it back on again to generate new code.
I opened ht.access and deleted what was there and replaced it with the new generated code and it all worked properly.
Thanks for replying.
