Newbie can't find full editor

When I go to edit mode I seem to have a subset of the editor. Only a few buttons and no H1, H2 etc.

What am missing.

Running latest C5 5.7.xx
Basic Elemental Theme

Can you provide a screenshot of what exactly you are seeing? Also did you check the Dashboard -> System & Settings -> Rich Text Editor

I think I have figured it out. What I thought was a Paragraph icon was not. It got me to H!, H2 etc.
