Newbie Q - Can you edit existing DW pages/sites with C5?

Hi,
I have read most of the posts on the topic of 'existing' and still do not have my answer.
What I need to know is simple. I have websites generated with DWCS5 and would like to use CMS for my clients to edit (editable sections) of their pages.
I don't want C5 to create websites. It is for only editing existing sites.
Currently I am usinghttp://www.cushycms.com/ which does exactly what I want but not enough features. I am also looking athttp://unify.unitinteractive.com/... but C5 seems just great.
Can you please let me know regarding my question?

So once the theme is created, what happens? Does one theme apply to the whole single website?

A good source of videos from the developers and others is vimeo.com. Just search for concrete5.
You'll find concrete5 to be very flexible and adaptable to any design and converting an existing theme is *really* easy.
