Newbie add-on question

Hello,
Moved to a new host [Bluehost] and used Cpanel to install Concrete at the root. In addition to CMS-style content editing, we were hoping for features like group event calendars, blogs and photo-blogs, wikis, etc.
Three questions:
1) Do such add-ons exist?
2) Where do I find such add-ons?
3) How do I install them in a hosted environment?
[This must be a common question...a link to the appropriate RTFM would be appreciated!]

here are the add on's that c5 has available right now for the public. I know there are a lot of things in the works by developers like blogs but It's advised if you want a blog to use wordpress.
