No blocks available

I've just loaded up a site to concrete5 (www.globecalthwaite.co.uk) and while the choice to edit each block is available it is hidden at the extream left hand side of the block and is only 3 or 4 pixels wide. When clicked through I do not receive the normal block list but something which resembles one created without uploading the CSS file. Again clicking through gives a similar page but does not allow you to complete process. Loaded up with concrete5.6.3.3

there is something wrong with your html or css or both. Try switching to a different theme.
After stepping away from the problem, I came back to it this morning and spotted the culprit. Why is it always so obvious to fresh eyes? Thanks.
