Check for JavaScript errors or unclosed HTML tags. My guess is that something is breaking after your update and is causing parts of your site to not completely load.

I can't imagine what would be causing the trouble. I'm using an unmodified template

Try to activate C5's default theme and check whether it behaves same as like now.

I just tried the default theme and everything's still the same: no blocks and still can't edit that one page.

If you create a new page does this issue affect it or does it only effect existing pages?

Is there any code within a global area that could effect all your pages.

I am still guessing that you have a JS or HTML error. Can you post a link to your site?

New pages still do not show blocks when "Add Blocks" is selected.

When you go to Block Types in your Dashboard, does it show a list of block types?

no solution yet. I can't delete that weird page either. I had to move all the sub-pages elsewhere.

I've found.
In my case, it was an addon that blocking (Tweetcrete). I removed and reinstalled manually (FTP)

Nows it's OK
