No body tags

I have a few sites and some of them have html and body tags (the ones I transferred to concrete) the others created from scratch have no html or body tags just the execute access denied php thing at the top, then straight in to the html.
If google analytics wants me to paste some code immediately before the closing body tag where do I stick it?
