No input file specified ERROR msg

Basic editing ? from a noobie.
I'm getting an ERROR msg (see subject) for everything in my header NAV.
Not sure where to specify that at.
ALSO confused about the URL location PANE on page properties.
Am I supposed to be assigning a URL NAME for the page?
Any help is much appreciated.

Did you create/update your .htaccess file as directed after turning on Pretty URL's in Sitewide Settings?
