No one can see my content

I have published my edits, but when I send the link to my site to someone all they can see is a "Welcome to Concrete5" message. Am I missing something obvious?

Try clearing the cache by visiting 'Dashboard->System and Settings->Cache and Speed Settings' and turn off ALL the caching. Then clear the cache and see what happens. Leave caching off while working on your site.

I see you've made some progress. What was the solution?

Just a suggestion... The 'tree' background is huge (>500k). I have attached a much smaller version (70k) that will help your site load faster.

Could it be because of the Permission setting... check that first. You can click on any pages from the Sitemap and click on Permission.
