No options to change the Rich Text Editor

I have gone into the Rich Text Editor window to change the toolbar to Office, but there are no options it just says "The editor currently has no globally configurable options." How do I add the Simple, Advanced, Office options?
unfortunately you can't. At the moment there are no such options for Redaktor (the current wysiwyg). There may be some plugins developed for it but this is unlikely to happen before C5 moves to the latest Redaktor version. This might be 5.7.4 but I might be wrong on that.
