No Scrapbook

I'm trying to edit my "Set Title". Everyone says to do so in the Scrapbook settings in the Dashboard. I don't have any Scrapbook setting in my Dashboard. Also, in my files, there is nothing under the "themes" folder or "packages" folder. Am I missing something?
Btw, I installed Concrete5 as a script on Bluehost (my host).

OK, scrapbooks have not existed since 5.4.2.

For the sitename, go to Dashboard > System & Settings > Sitename, or simply type 'sitename' into the dashboard search box.

More generally, instead of scrapbooks C5 now has Stacks.
