No toolbar on homepage

Recently went live with a site, and I assumed everything was working properly. But I just noticed I don't have a toolbar on the homepage. I cleared the cache, but I'm not sure what else to try. Any suggestions?

It's normally down to javascript interfering with the core. Do you have any image sliders?

Thank you for the quick response. I actually just quit Firefox and opened it back up and it worked. Very strange.
