Not reloading static content every new page

Hey all, if you look at my website,http://www.yunotakemymoney.com, you can see that a lot of the elements remain throughout the entire site. How do I get stuff like the facebook like box to not reload every time someone navigates to a new page on my site. Is there a simple solution?

But I'd suggest contacting the developer before so that you can make sure it can make it work on that site as well.
