Not sure what the problem is.

Whenever someone registers to use my site, they are sent an email. This email is for some reason being sent by someone's email who is no longer using the site as an administrator (even though I am still using his credentials). How do I change the email that these messages will be sent from? The wrong email below is abeh@gmail.com

Website Registration Notification abeh@gmail.com via box494.bluehost.com

Easy fix,
When public registration was enabled, the email address was entered then. Go to Dashboard > Systems & Settings > Login & Registration > select Public Registration and fill in the desired email address.

Hope this helps :)

This only tells you that someone registered on the site, does not change from what email address account the registration email was sent from. I need to change the email account in the site that is sending the registration email. I want to change the default (php) email, I do not want to uses smtp method.

Thank you
