I have several site set up and on all sites only the superuser (1'st user) can edit the output of a page type. If I create a new user, add the user to the admin group. Log in as that user. Create a new page type (logged in as the new user) and finally tries to edit the output for that page type. Then there is no edit mode possibility, neither can I add new elements to the output.

Am I missing something? Sounds like a bug, but I'm glad to be proven wrong...
