WHW1dotCOM...you sound like you are soliciting hosting more than you are trying to help. Restoring a db or pages from Cpanel with a hosting company does not restore pages created inside of a CMS software.
And depending on what version you are using...there is a built in trash feature in 5.5+.
Click on Dashboard...under Sitemap, click on Full Sitemap. Once that loads. Check the box Show System Pages. Look down the list you will see a Trash folder. Your page should be in there.

jmonroe, that is not correct. Note that I did not say do a DB backup or restore. I said Full Backup. Doing a full backup within our control panel will restore everything. Built into cpanel. In the case of WHW1.com it is provided as a normal feature for clients of WHW1.com.
As far as the trash feature goes. Thanks. I did not realize it was there. It was hidden from view, and so was the check box. Great. Will play with it.
In case the same thing occurred for the poster of this topic (version 5.5 is what I viewed):
A small modification to jmonroe's post.
Dasshboard>>Full Sitemap>>click Options to point Options arrow up>>check Show System Pages box>>scroll down>>expand Trash Can icon to see deleted stuff.
Update:
To restore the page out of the Trash, you would Drag and Drop after the four arrowed mouse icon shows and you left mouse click.

You just made my day! :-D Client had me delete a section, complete with children, then changed his mind... Had the hosting-company send me a .tar file with the entire site from last week, and was brooding over how to extract necessary files...thank GOD I'd updated him to the newest version as they came out! Drag'n'drop'ed the entire section from the trash to where it was, fixed in a heart-beat - thank you thank you thank you! :-D
If you found my post helpful, please mark it as so. Thanks!
I don't know that I can? It seems only the person who posted the question can mark the answer helpful? If I could, I would! :-)
You can restore deleted pages from your sitemap. There's more info about how to do it at the bottom of this editor's guide page about the full sitemap:

hmmm. when i click on that link i get a page that tells me to sign in. But I am already signed in.
You should be able to see that page now.
ok; got that. I still don't see a trash can. I am on version 5.3.2
Unfortunately that functionality is only in 5.5 and above. In 5.3 and 5.4 versions, there isn't a way to restore a deleted page unless you have a backup of your site.
I suspect, or at least hope, you made a backup. Either through C5, or with your hosting control panel.
For example with Web Hosting With $1 (WHW1.com) hosting control panel of cpanel you have the ability to make a full site backup. So, if you have done this, then you can restore the whole site (meaning everything; databases, email accounts, forwarders/aliases, etc.) to when you made that full backup. In the case of WHW1.com, that restoration would be done for free for you.
Now regarding making use of the C5 built-in backup. You did not state which version you got, but for example in C5 later versions, you can go to Dashboard >>System & Settings >> Scroll down >> Backup Database and Database XML. >> read instructions once there.
I just use WHW1.com hosting control panel backup features, and just retain duplicate site copies too for ease in some cases, and so I have not for a while touched the built-in C5 backup feature.
It would be interesting if C5 had a Trash/Recycle bin to recover deleted stuff from. Hemm.
