Order of topics in topic tree

Topics won't stay in the order I put them in topic trees: For example, I have three topics: Class 1, Class 2 and Class 3. No matter how often I drag them into the right order in Settings, they insist on rearranging themselves Class 1, Class 3, Class 2. Any idea why this happens?

Just upgraded from version 7 to version 8.
