Do I need to have a mac in order to use this program. I installed this in order to create my website and when I go to edit the font or just edit anything it does not come up like it does in the tutorials. Please help

No you don't need a mac. You could maybe do with Wamp if you're on Windows

Concrete5 won't run as a standalone application. Its a full CMS that needs to be installed in a Server.
