Ok I dont know if this is where the post should be but I find it to be the most appropriate.

I want to submit a page in which a visitor can upload a Post, something like a forum but without the need of registration(of course the user can register or use facebook to login) and in a more visual way, something like in realtime update and everything.

If there is something that's already similar can you lead me to it, if there isnt would you help me build it?
