Page-List doesn't work

I am having a terrible problem. I can no longer add page list blocks! I have tried several different browsers, I have tried deleting and reloading concrete5, I have tried different page types, nothing works anymore! Everything worked fine until I did one RSS Feed list and now the page list won't work! This is a big problem for my page. Could someone help with this? Any ideas how I can get this to work again?!

I had an extra jquery call and everything worked fine with it until I cleared the cache but I would never have thought that it was a duplicate jquery problem without the idea from the above link! Thanks for trying to help me though - I really appreciate it!
