I am new at this and am hoping that i can correctly ask my questions. Thank you for your help in advance.
I upload a excel file, power point file and pdf file to file manager on the dashboard. It say that the files were uploaded succesfully. I then go to the page i want to edit, add a block, add a file, choose the file and create a link. Then i save the edited page. When i click on the link it gives me "File not found"
Any help would be appreciated.

I actually need the url of the page the link is on. I could find it on your site. Can you try to add the link again to a page and then give me the url of the page you add the link to?

Does it have something to do with the x at the end?

don't worry about the x, pptx is the extension for powerpoint 2007 files as opposed to ppt for powerpoint 2003 and earlier.
I have to say that I tried your link and the file downloaded without any problem so I don't know what went wrong for you.

Did you manage to solve this problem? I think I'm having a similar issue.
hello,
this is really an old thread. How about you try to start a new thread and describe your problem, it might be better.
Talk to you soon
