Page TITLE is theme name (Mint Chocolate Chip) and won't change

If you have a look at beernest.com, the title is the name of the theme (Mint Chocolate Chip).

I've tried changing this in Scrapbook and sitewide settings, but it doesn't change. Is this just a broken theme or am I missing something?

Ok, it was indeed a "broken" theme. The title was hard coded.
