Page Type

Hi, love C5 so far but I'm having problems with starting a new Page Type for my blog page. The new blog page type isn't showing up on the summarised landing page.
I checked in Themes and the page type is showing up when I 'Inspect' it. And it shows up in Composer and I can publish it fine. I can see the page in the 'Full Sitemap' under the Blog parent but it's not showing up on the Blog page?
Not sure why this is happening. Am I missing something?

Hi Colin, I mean that the blog entry with the new page type I created doesn't appear on the blog page. I'm building the site locally so I can't send you a link unfortunately.

On the blog page is the the page list block set to show the new page type that you have created? See attached image.
