Pages not showing after site.php change

So, I've changed the base url of my site from 'afo.hatemelovefox.com' to 'www.abbyfoxonline.com' since the domain was hosted with another registrar. While the index page works, but none of the other pages seem to be available. Should I be changing the links somehow?

I'm a little new to C5 so, if the answer to my dilemma is a little obvious, please bear with me!

You have some problem with pretty urls. Try this page:

http://www.abbyfoxonline.com/index.php/fitness/...

whereas the link goes tohttp://www.abbyfoxonline.com/fitness/... and is dead

get to your dashboard viahttp://www.abbyfoxonline.com/index.php/dashboard...

and turn your pretty urls on or off ( whichever they are not at present ) and clear your cache and run your site maintenance jobs.

Things should clear up.
