Password Problem

Hi! I just started a new c5 site and I'm unable to log in - I tried to reset the password, but never received an email with a new one - then looked in the database and got the password there from the usertable - but it does not work, I always get the message 'invalid password'. After resetting I get the message 'a new password is sent to you' or something like that, but I never get an email - probably I'm just tired and messing something up - but what? Please help me out! For anyone who has encountered the same problem: my logs table had a copy of the "reset password" email that never came. I was able to copy the reset password link from this copy and successfully reset my password and login.

Where do you find your logs table? I am signed into ftp and see a logs folder. Is it in there?

if you can login, goto Dashboard > Reports > Logs
If you can't, you'll need to go directly into the database (not the file system) and find the Logs table.
