PB with Dashboard on version 5.5.1

Hello everybody!
I just upgraded from version 5.4.2.2 to 5.1.1 and have many issues with my new dashboard.
For instance I can't open pages while on the sitemap (it used to work perfectly on previous version.
I can't close opened windows as well.
Anybody has an idea about what's going on and how I can solve this problem?
