Permissions for hypertext link

I want to be able to have a page show up from a hypertext link depending on the persons username and password. All different pages depending on what group they are assigned. The hypertext link is from a uploaded written flash "main page". The link will send the user to a custom laid out download area just for them.

Any suggestions?
