Permissions Question

I have several forms on my new Concrete5 site. Is there a way to create a User Group that can view only Reports and/or can only download the attachments from the form. I have an HR Team I want to be able to see application submissions and download resumes but not edit content or mess with the site. I'm new to Concrete. Is this possible with user groups?

Well as long as you lock down all the permissions of everything else, you could just go to your sitemap under your dashboard and click
"options" at the top. You will see a checkbox labled "Show System Pages". Check this and more pages will appear on your sitemap. Look for the page "Dashboard" and expand it by clicking the +. Under dashboard, look for "Reports" and expand that as well. There will be a page under this titled "Form Results". Click this and select set permissions. Add the user group of your HR team to the view permission and you are set. You will need to restrict everything else though by going through any dashboard pages they still have access to and restricting the view permission that same way.
