Permissions to Login Page

Im new to concrete5.
Well, I'm just trying to give guest permission to the login page, so that "Login" appears in the main menu along with "Home", "About", etc.
Please, can anyone help?

PS: Login page does not have EDIT page option. Therefore i cannot access permissions for the page.

edit your config/site_theme_paths.php to theme the page and then you will have access to permissions
