Hello C5 community,

First off, you guys rock. I'm "okay" with building sites, but when I opened the C5 door I knew it would be a new set of challenges. But thanks to the community I've built my site up beautifully! So thank you all for being a real part of the community. I only hope one day I'll be able to offer others what you've offered me!

With recent updates there have been some dramatic changes to the permissions interfaces and functionality. I never got where I wanted to be with the last version and I wanted to do my best to offer an informative thread on how to apply permissions properly.

I'll maintain this thread and make sure it ends up where it should, but I need your expertise for the actual information.

I have several questions, if you have the answer or even a link to another thread that you've seen the answer, please post them and I'll pull the details and make this thread an all in one.

If you run across this thread and have a question that I didn't include, post it and I'll do my best to ensure this remains an all in one guide.

The questions (only some are mine, but I know other newbies such as myself would love answers to others):
How to let a non-admin user group...
...edit certain pages without being granted admin
...access specific dashboard pages with various permission levels
...see specific blocks
...edit specific blocks (is that even possible?)

I don;t want to waste anyone's time, so be brief and I'll elaborate if needed.
