Photo gallery on Concrete 5?

Hi guys,

I am trying to add images on a website with an option of scrolling (an arrow that allows users to flick/change the image without waiting for it to change itself as in a slideshow option)
Is this possible?

Note* I am not a developer only in charge of the CMS part of the Concrete 5.

Have a look at the options for the built-in Image Slider block. Also have a look thru the add-ons:
