Photo sizing

I am currently using Concrete 5.6.0.1 - when creating a page I can not get the photo to format to fit page. I recently upgraded Concrete on March 3rd. Before I would create a new page for the site, choose a photo for the header and adjust the dimensions, now I am unable to adjust the size of the photo. Have same problem editing in Firefox of IE.
