Any ideas whats happening here ?

Tried to edit an image using the 'picnic' facility - and I was told I didn't have permission - however one of my other sites ""customer"" (not really) sites can use it without any problems...

The error message I get is:-

Forbidden
You don't have permission to access /index.php/tools/required/files/importers/remote on this server.

Additionally, a 404 Not Found error was encountered while trying to use an ErrorDocument to handle the request.
