Picnik export fatal error

Hello,
I have been having trouble editing images with Picnik. After I edit an image and push the "export" button I get the following error:
Fatal error: Cannot redeclare class Zend_Uri_Http in C:\xampp\php\PEAR\Zend\Uri\Http.php on line 726
I have no idea what it means or why it is happening, any help with this issue would be wonderful.
