Please help! Contact form not working!

That form is NOT working. I have the email set to the default email for that website. ITs located on that server. I contacted the hosting company and they confirmed that the php email option is active.
I had even done tests using a external smtp email but that didn't work either.

Would just make sure, which you probably have, that you can send a standard email to the address you use (of course :)

yes her normal email works fine. Just the contact form doesn't work
