PLEASE HELP!!! How do I add social media links to website?

I'm new to C5 and not too familiar with HTML, so I'm not sure how to do this. I want to add social media icons (FB, Twitter, Blogger, etc) , with clickable links on the homepage of my website. Any help would be greatly appreciated!

go tohttp://www.addthis.com/ follow the instructions and just include the code they give you wherever you want the icons to go in an html block.
