Possible to restore a deleted File Set?

One of our content managers accidentally deleted a file set. This is causing all kinds of headaches throughout the site.

Is there any way to restore a file set?

If you have a recent backup, you may be able to create a query to pull in just the relevant rows of the filesets table and run it in phpMyAdmin (but take another backup first, just in case it goes horribly wrong).
