post form results to page

I need to have a form with a few infos (done that easily) that are added to the page when filled by a user.
It would be like a comment form but using a more advanced form.
would there be a method to get the form infos storred in the dashboard to diplay them on a page ?

I would recommened to check out data display package or extended form package.
