Power Slider link to video

Hello,
I have a power slider with a link button that, presently, redirects you to another page on my site.
I'd like that button to prompt a video (which I would change regularly).
I don't know how to do this. Also, is there a video upload site that is more compatible with C5 than others, or would google video upload do just fine?
Finally, what's the difference between "building w C5" and "editing w C5?" I only ask because I'd like to post in the right forum.

You should go to the addon's page and click Support and post this question there.

Building with: More aimed towards people who are building themes and add-ons from scratch, and maybe have questions more code based.
Editing with: More end user focused, "how would I do x y z from the Concrete5 dashboard?", type questions.
