Pretty URLs

I have pretty URLs enabled, which is good. However, my sitemap.xml still lists "/index.php?cID=1" along with the regularhttp://www..com domain (without the /index.php).
How in the world do I make it to where Concrete5 won't add the /index.php?cID=1 to my sitemap?
I know I could manually edit my .xml and remove it, but that would be a hassle in the long run.
