Prevent C5 div wrapping of text blocks

New to C5. I have my templates working and in edit mode add a new block of HTML. After I add my text or html C5 always wraps my text with a C5 div that I don't want.

I just to render the text I enter and not add to it. I can't be first to not want this but haven't found simple answer.

Hi, if you just need text, why not use the "content" block instead of the HTML block?

I've created a simple block template for the HTML block that doesn't include the extra div tag. Another workaround is to edit the site's CSS file for that particular class and use "display:inline" so the div tag doesn't interfere.
