Printing of webpage - wacked

We are working on our company site page: dev.dadeservice.com but, never thought that when printed to pdf,printer it would not print as seen on the screen. any way to fix this or program that could printit with out screen grabs? would like the customers to be able to print pages and kinda look like the web pages.
