using extended forms for contact us.

set it up like normal. put in all bells name it etc.

but as soon as i save the contact us page i completely loose the toolbar across the top of my page. no dashboard access, no set up blog page no left side edit button nothing.

i still have the toolbar on every other page of my website and can edit, go to dashboard etc. but not able on my contact us page

something not set up right. mt prtty turned on. i did the automatics.
using latest version extended forms
C5 5.6.2

So any ideas please help. I see on yje URL something weird I just do not get???
