Problem-free return from the Advanced Permission Model?

Hello,
I was assigned to a site about an entry in the config.ini the Advanced permission model and later deleted that entry to return to the normal use rights system. Is it therefore possible problems? If you have certain rights previously assigned specifically in advanced mode and restricted?
And how can this simply reset complete again?
