Problem using Dashboard

What does this message mean when you try to use your dashboard?

"Call to undefined method Concrete\Core\Legacy\Loader::block()"

Are you trying to install an add-on for 5.6 on concrete 5.7 ?
If not, can you tell a bit more ? Like your concrete5 version and installed add-ons ?

I just made the site with 5.7 and I couldn't get into the dashboard from the start. The site was 5.6 but I had to delete the site and reinstall it with 5.7 because of space issues with my hosting company. I have made other sites with 5.7 and had no problems at all.

Did you do a clean install ? empty map, empty database ?
Does this happen on an empty site ?
No add-ons/themes installed ?
What happens when you go to eg. /dashboard/users/search without clicking the dashboard icon ?

so, what was the problem ? (doesn't matter if it was the obvious...those are the most difficult to find)

All the old files weren't deleted.
